Two days on new software since 2026-03-10. Day 1 (Foundations of Independent Practice): twelve 30-minute blocks, up to 232 items, about 7 hours. Day 2 (Advanced Clinical Medicine): nine 30-minute blocks of 20 items (180) plus 13 computer-based case simulations (CCS) of up to 10 or 20 minutes each. Before the software change Day 1 was six 60-minute blocks and Day 2 six 45-minute blocks of 30. CCS cases are not simulated. The Day 2 MCQ blocks run at full length; budget about 3 hours for CCS practice separately.

Questions are original Bone Wizardry items, never copied from NBME, NBOME or commercial banks. Forms are sampled to the published outline ranges for system, discipline and physician task, with difficulty balanced and no question shared between the fixed forms of one exam. Where the bank is still thin in a category, the form says so in its report. Score estimates are clearly labeled estimates from a documented mapping, not predictions.
